You can start with your company or last name. Try using a country specific domain extension, for example if you are based in Australia then select a .au domain. There are eligibility criteria for most .au domains, for example .org.au domains are for non-commercial recognized entities. See The Australian Domain Authority Website for more information. There are also many new industry specific domains like .photography so if your prefered .com.au or .com address isn't available then try one of these.
If you are after a domain for a personal e-mail address, try your last name with one of the new .id.au domains. or .id or .name domains. There are many new domains to choose from.
