How does this service work? If a request is made to change any of the details associated with your domain name. Apex has to contact the registrar to request this change. The registrar then has to contact the domain authority. This gives two levels of checks before any changes are made. So if someone tries and change the administration contact details. Only the domain authority can make the changes. More commonly, the DNS servers that are giving out the web servers address is changed so that the fake web servers address it given out instead. In order for this change to occur, Apex Web Solutions will have to request the change, then the domain registrar, submitts a change request to the domain authority who then confirm the request with the registrar using a passcode. Once all the checks are verified, then and only then can the change to the domain records be made.
